Products

Katsu Merch sells apparel, accessories, and related merchandise. All items are printed and produced on demand specifically for your order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is accepted by credit and debit card. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

Production and Shipping

Because every item is made to order, please allow additional time for production before your order ships. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, after which your order ships and is delivered by the carrier. We ship both within the United States and internationally. Katsu Merch is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Returns and Replacements

Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide on each product page before ordering. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will reprint or replace it at no cost to you.

Limitation of Liability

Katsu Merch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
